Price Match Promise

We’re all looking for the best value for money. Pets Own Us offer fair, transparent pricing and free delivery on all orders. We also think our focus on customer service, high-quality products, and our commitment to give 10% of our profits to charity sets us a whisker ahead of the rest.

However, we know that even saving a couple of pounds can make a big difference. That’s why we’ll match the price of your order if you find it cheaper somewhere else.

Should you find the item cheaper elsewhere, please contact us ahead of your purchase, and Pets Own Us will help you save some money. Unfortunately, we cannot apply a price match retrospectively after your order has been placed.

To price-match, your item should meet the following clear terms:

  • Pets Own Us matches the total cost of our competitor’s item including any delivery charge
  • Pets Own Us only price matches against websites from retailers based in the UK, selling UK products.
  • The product on the competitor’s site needs to be the exact specifications and make/model number item as the one on our site
  • The product must be available to order and pay for that same day
  • The competitor must be an authorised retailer of the item, able to offer you a manufacturer's guarantee

Please send over the link and/or screenshots to the qualifying competitor's item via our contact us page or WhatsApp.

Using your discount

If your items meet the price match criteria, Pets Own Us will send you a single-use promo code ahead of your order, equivalent to the difference between the competitor's price and ours. This code will be valid for 14 calendar days.

Lynn’s Animal Rescue

On the tiny island of Siquijor in the Philippines, the international tourist trade is just starting to take off, yet every day thousands of stray cats and dogs go without food, healthcare and a loving home.

Since she was 13, Siquijor native Lynn has been rescuing stray cats and dogs across the island, providing basic healthcare and partnering with local vets to run spay and neuter programmes. She has dedicated her entire home to housing animals (often over 50 cats and dogs in her one-bed home!), and is now working with volunteers from local youth hostels to develop her small patch of land into a sanctuary for abandoned animals.

We’re working with Lynn’s Animal Rescue to raise awareness of her work and support where we can by committing 5% of our profits to her work and sending used or end-of-line carriers and beds to the rescue. We hope that our support will enable Lynn to secure more land to expand her rescue operation and help more cats and dogs.

You can follow Lynn’s journey and support her work directly via her Instagram and Facebook pages.

Suloti Dachshund Support

Sultoti Dachshund Support’s journey began when a few dedicated Dachshund lovers noticed how often these special little dogs were in need - whether due to changes in owners’ lives, medical challenges, or simply circumstances beyond anyone’s control.

Over the years, Suloti has evolved into a lifeline for Dachshunds and their humans. Their mission now encompasses not only adoption and fostering, but also long-term community support. They provide equipment loans - because sometimes, a crate, harness, or stroller can make all the difference in a dog’s well-being. And they carefully match Dachshunds with new homes, ensuring each rehoming is done with care.

We’re supporting Suloti by providing at-cost new and free used strollers to support their important work - read more about our partnership in this recent blog post.

If you’d like to learn more about the wonderful work Suloti Dachshund Support is doing - or even get involved - click here to visit their website. There, you can explore their adoption stories, learn how you can help, or even make a donation.

El Nido Animal Welfare

El Nido on Palawan Island is one of the most popular tourist hotspots in the Philippines, yet there is little to no support for the thousands of stray dogs and cats roaming the streets, who often fall victim to the heavy traffic of tuk-tuks and motorbikes.

When one of the Pets Own Us owners visited El Nido, they knew they had to do something to help. This started by working with a local volunteer from El Nido Animal Rescue to get veterinary treatment for a stray dog near their hotel, who was suffering from a tick infestation and distemper, as well as a badly broken jaw. We continue to sponsor this dog (which we named Tammy) and have now committed 5% of our profits to El Nido Animal Welfare to help them help more cats and dogs like Tammy, particularly through large-scale spay and neuter programmes.

We’re also sending them end-of-line carriers and crates to transport stray dogs around the island and, in time, we hope to be able to support the development of an adoption programme to find these animals loving forever homes in the UK.
